THE LOCATION
Belize is a very special country and it holds a big space in my heart.
I invite you to come to Belize not only because it has been my home for almost 10 years, but because this land holds ancient sacred mystical wisdom.
The Jungle here is pure medicine, and immersing yourself in her embrace is already a healing experience in itself.
On this land I’ve re-birthed myself, I’ve channeled my first ever drawing (Sattva), and even gave birth to my second child. And amongst all of this birthing, there has been also death.
I am not inviting you to a random retreat center I have found online…

The
Venue
Sattva is a Regenerative Retreat Centre nestled at the base of the Maya Mountains in the lush Stann Creek region of Belize. Located on the scenic Hummingbird Hwy, this 20 acres of broadleaf rainforest are home to a project that offers a caringly crafted immersion into the beauty of Nature.
While you are at Sattva you will enjoy the comfort of beautiful jungle accommodation, private jungle walks, the Natural swimming pool, curated permaculture gardens, and nutritious meals prepared with love and care.

The Garden House
This beautiful home is located in the heart of the Land and can accommodate a total of 9 people: 3 rooms set with 2 single beds, and a larger room with 3 single beds or an option for a Queen size bed. Shared amenities: blissful outdoor showers and Vietnamese-style compost toilets are just a stroll away.

The Shala Cabins
There are 3 Shala Cabins, 2 of which accommodate 3 single beds, and 1 that accommodates 1 Queen bed and a single bed. Each room is spacious, with abundant natural light and a walk-in zen bathroom.
The Primis
A cozy cabin located at the entrance of the property with 2 twin beds, a large wardrobe, a naturally lit modern walk-in rain shower, flushing toilet, and a covered porch.
Sattva is located in the middle of the Jungle, 45 minutes from the Caribbean coast, and surrounded by pristine rainforest hosting rivers, waterfalls, caves, and hikes. Only 45 minutes from one of the country’s main city, Belmopan, and 25 minutes away from the Caribbean town of Dangriga, Sattva has quick access to stores, hospitals, banks and more. It is located about 1 hour and a half from the main international airport of Belize City and 25 minutes from the small, domestic airport of Dangriga.

Gloria is a visionary artist, transformational guide, and Menstrual cycle educator. She has a gift and immense passion to empower women and re-awaken the wild spirit through conscious movement, meditation, and education. She has been hosting women's circles and Retreats for over 10 years. Her approach to spiritual alignment and emotional wellness begins in the Body. Alongside guiding healing circles and movement practices, Gloria's studies extend from Yoga & Ayurveda into the realm of Tantra, Women's reproductive health, and cycle awareness. Through the blend of her intuitive guidance and knowledge, she continues to help women reconnect to their Feminine essence and empowers them with tools and practices to integrate into their day-to-day life.
She is the co-founder of Sattva, a beautiful Retreat Center in the jungle of Belize. Her work and offerings sprout from her devotion to beauty and her wild heart.
