About the event
Come home to your body and its own unique dance. Through movement we resource, regulate, release and return to our embodied wisdom. As we move, with music as our guide, we open up, soften and connect to our source.
Open floor has its roots in the lineage of five rhythms/Gabrielle Roth. It is a movement meditation and inquiry where we embody and express all that we are with. We dance to feel, to learn, to grow. We dance for fuller expression of who we are. We dance to resource ourselves and to connect. We dance to settle our nervous system and wake up to this one precious life. (https://openfloor.org/)
