“Jungle” is a 5Rhythms workshop designed to guide you through the wild and hidden landscapes of your body and soul, inviting you to explore the rich polarities that exist within us all - light and shadow, expansion and contraction, stillness and chaos.
In this immersive experience, we will dance through the dense forest of our consciousness, awakening a deeper awareness of our instincts and vibrations. We will navigate the contrasts that define our human experience, allowing the body to express and release what it has held onto for too long. Accredited 5Rhythms® Teacher
Gloria Glo is a 5Rhythms teacher and dancer whose practice pulses with life, fire, and the poetry of movement. Guided by a deep love of rhythm in all its forms, she curates experiences that move bodies and hearts alike, blending the sacred with the visceral. Her classes are living rituals—meticulously designed to open the heart, ignite passion, and invite participants into their own embodied stories. With 13 years of dancing 5Rhythms, the practice has deeply shaped her life and awakened the artist within, fueling her devotion to music across genres and her ability to compose experiences that are both tender and electrifying.

Venue
Sattva is a Regenerative Retreat Centre nestled at the base of the Maya Mountains in the lush Stann Creek region of Belize. Located on the scenic Hummingbird Hwy, this 20 acres of broadleaf rainforest are home to a project that offers a caringly crafted immersion into the beauty of Nature.
While you are at Sattva you will enjoy the comfort of beautiful jungle accommodation, private jungle walks, the Natural swimming pool, curated permaculture gardens, and nutritious meals prepared with love and care.

The Garden House
This beautiful home is located in the heart of the Land and can accommodate a total of 9 people: 3 rooms set with 2 single beds, and a larger room with 3 single beds or an option for a Queen-size bed. The Shala Cabins
There are 3 Shala Cabins. Each room is spacious, with abundant natural light and a walk-in zen bathroom. They are situated in a beautiful, quiet part of Sattva and give a nourishing experience of luxury in the middle of the Jungle.

We understand that life can change unexpectedly so here’s our cancellation policy in case life surprises you:

Cancellations up to 45 days before the start date (until Dec 31, 2026) are refundable, minus a $50 administration fee

Cancellations made less than 45 days before the start date (after Dec 31, 2026) are non-refundable; however, you may provide a replacement participant.
